Melissa Nyberg

Melissa Nyberg (she/her) is an interdisciplinary artist currently working with fiber arts, beading, printmaking, collage and painting. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, and has a background in production printing and an upbringing with craft mediums. She often experiments and combines techniques to create works that reflect on personal narratives and memories, Midwesternism, and human interaction with the natural world. She has had work shown in various galleries around the Midwest region and published in zines. She is from West St. Paul, Minnesota where she lives and works as an arts instructor at Interact Center and Textile Center.

Joli Grostephan

Instructor for Ages 14-18

Tuesdays (August 5, 12, 19, 26)

Joli Grostephan is a practicing visual artist living and working in the Twin Cities. She graduated from Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 2010, and is the Visual Arts Department manager, an instructor, and an advocate at the Interact Center for Visual and Performing Arts in Saint Paul. She has been with Interact Center for 15 years.
