Garrett Obrycki
Hi, I’m Garrett Obrycki — a vocalist and educator passionate about the transformative power of the arts. Trained at the Eastman School of Music and later at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, my path has woven together performance and pedagogy in meaningful, dynamic ways.
As a classically trained baritone, I’ve performed leading roles across the country, from the dramatic depths of Hamlet and Don Giovanni to the energetic flair of the Modern Major General. My concert work spans traditional repertoire and contemporary premieres, and I continue to explore new intersections of sound, story, and identity through composition and performance.
Beyond the stage, I’m deeply invested in arts education and leadership. I’ve directed programs, facilitated workshops, and mentored emerging artists at institutions including Harvard, Opera Philadelphia, and Blackbird Creative Lab. My work focuses on cultivating creative agency, inclusive leadership, and well-being through the arts.
Whether I’m in a rehearsal room, a classroom, or a consulting space, I strive to build spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to create.
